WE PROVIDE
As service providers, we are constantly pushing ourselves to keep up with the
latest information. Higher quality care is a constant goal at our office.
All treatment is provided by a general dentist and we do not represent that we
are specialists in any particular area of dental practice. I have worked hard to
achieve the prestigious Fellowship, and I am pursuing my Mastership in the
Academy of General Dentistry. I adhere to the following creed:

DENTISTRY
FOR THE DISCRIMINATING PATIENT
We would rather prevent problems than have patients wait until damage occurs,
and
then take corrective action. Waiting may not be your best option, as it could
lead to tooth loss or more costly treatment. We like to establish long- term
-care relationships with our patients, treating all of your needs and then
helping the patient maintain dental health for a lifetime.

You can have the smile you have always dreamed of having. Many techniques, such
as minor or complete orthodontics, bleaching, bonding, porcelain veneers or
ceramic crowns are used to whiten, reshape, or rebuild teeth, and to close
unsightly spaces. With our cosmetic imaging software, you can view your
potential results on the computer screen before treatment is started.
ORTHODONTICS-BRACES-INVISIBLE BRACES
Our office provides a full range of orthodontic services, for adults and
children. I have been providing such services since 1982. I am a firm believer
in early treatment , which means to have an orthodontic evaluation before the
permanent teeth come in! This may involve a phase of treatment before the real
braces are placed. Two phased treatment will most often result in a better final

want wires, we offer INVISALIGN for those who qualify.
NON-SURGICAL PERIODONTAL CARE
Our office has successfully treated hundreds of patients with numerous
techniques which are customized for each patient.
We offer

* POWER BLEACHING – Single visit
with laser or lights, I do not offer it. It causes sensitive teeth, and you
still have to tray bleach, which I offer. You can achieve fast results with a
Quick-Start whitener for less cost than lasers and have less sensitivity. We
also can provide many forms of non-tray options at a strength that is not
available at a retail store.
* IMPLANT – Dental implants are the most natural replacements for missing
teeth. I will restore your implants after they are placed by one of our
qualified referral sources. We also are very capable of doing Implant
Restorations.
* RESTORATIVE – Advances in restorative dentistry mean less time in the dental
chair for you. Many tooth- colored fillings can be done without shots using the
air abrasion process. If drilling is required, it is done with modern, electric
handpieces, which offer less noise and vibration than traditional “drills.”
* CROWNS – Single visit crowns are nice, but limited in colors available, and
are not quite as good as you may be led to believe. Due to the many other,
high-quality, crown, and veneer options only available from highly skilled lab
technicians, my office at the present time is committed to two visit crowns with
customized temporization for each patient.
* HYGIENE – An integral part of maintaining your teeth for life is the removal
of plaque and tartar on a regular basis. The frequency of your visits is based
upon your individual needs and oral health ,it could be three, six or twelve
months. During your visit we will update your medical history, perform an oral
cancer screening exam, check your teeth for cavities, review oral hygiene
instructions, and monitor your periodontal (gum) condition. We see adult
patients as well as children.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF OUR PATIENTS
1. Cooperation in the carrying out of instructions relative to treatment or
necessary to achieve our objective of the best dental health for you.
2. Take care of fees, including insurance co-pay, for services when due, or,
as agreed upon at beginning of treatment.
3. If any patient does not respect appointments, then they may be dismissed
from the practice, or be seen on a “work in” or “space available” appointment
only!
4. Being good “Dental Missionaries” when the appropriate occasion arises so we
can have another nice patient like you.
5. Become an active member of our FAMILY OF PATIENTS!

1. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard ,
American Express, Discover and most insurance plans.
